There is no secret to making superb sausages & burgers,
you simply make them from really good meat.

Heal Farm sausages have a coarse cut meaty texture and
robust pre-war flavour. Hand linked in natural skins, mostly
five large pork sausages to the half kilo pack.

Our burgers are just Devon beef with salt and pepper.
Good enough to be cooked rare the American way.
